Description
The future Bomgarrs Expo Center will be located along the north side of the Missouri River bank, with the Floyd River bordering the Center’s western property edge. Runoff from the property will discharge to the Floyd and Missouri Rivers. The Floyd River is a tributary of the Missouri River, and therefore indirectly contributes nutrients to the Gulf of Mexico. The project will maximize nutrient capture by incorporating bioretention cells throughout the parking lot. Soil quality restoration and native plants are also part of the design.
