Description
The City of Perry has completed a downtown revitalization project that includes reconstruction of 2nd St and Warford Street. Future phases of downtown revitalization are also planned. The project incorporates permeable pavers along the edge of the drive lanes in several areas to provide parking, and bioretention cells designed[WI2.1] to improve water infiltration. The incorporation of both best management practices will assist with flooding issues while also showcasing urban water quality in a downtown area.

The project is currently in progress ( July 2026).
